Eat and Save Some Boobies!

Yes, friends, it's Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Hopefully you are participating in some way to this important cause already, but if not this one can't be any easier.

For the entire month of October, D.C. area restaurants are generously donating a portion of their food and beverage sales to Pink Jams!'s Take a Bite out of Breast Cancer - an outreach and fundraising campaign focusing on educating Washington, DC area residents about the importance of early detection and awareness and supports Pink Jams!, a DC area non-profit promoting breast cancer awareness to young men and women.

There are a bagillion restaurants in on it but I am working specifically with Luna Grill - Shirlington (donating 25% from dinners every Thursday in October) and T.H.A.I. in Shirlington (donating 25% from dinner on Monday, Oct. 17). Check out the PinkJams! website for a full listing of participating restaurants and dates.

You're going to eat anyway, right? I hope to see you at Luna Grill or T.H.A.I. in Shirlington for some delicious food and serious booby-saving.
